I was very pleased with the room and the staff that I talked to could not have been nicer or more helpful. The room service meals were excellent, I had the chili plum pork one night and it was cooked to perfection. The next night, the garlic prawns were delicious and both were at a reasonable price. However, the glasses and cups were not of the high standard that Best Western would expect and I felt that I needed to wash them in very hot water before use. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would certainly visit again.
