The room was dirty with splatter marks all over the bathroom. The whole hotel is not well maintained. They are short staffed. They have a restaurant that’s closed. The restaurant that is open the buffet is bad. Very few choices and the food just sits under the lamps. The hotel bar is not staffed and the staff does not know their own drinks. All the website photos look like they were taken 10 years ago.

Its a nice hotel bit is in need of updating, for example there is a lot of carpetand in a location that is that humid that keads to mold. The ceiling in the main lobby entrance also leaked when it rained hard. But the staff were amazing and the rioms were good. We did the biffet one night and the food was not good, it was all cold and we were there right when it opened

Admittedly stayed mid-week for just a layover, but hotel needs a bit of a spruce up in areas; my room was a bit old and tired. They have a shuttle service, but could be a bit more regular and include the airport, especially as there is not much within walking distance. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The staff was amazing. We missed our connection and decided to stay at this resort. The front desk was so kind, we arrived late, they upgraded our room and it was absolutely beautiful! The resort is amazing. I highly recommend. Plus it's close enough to the airport. Super convenient!
