The food selection at the lounge is a joke. So little food. The hallway leading to the room needed to be vacuumed. Found dead bugs & dead butterflies that has been sitting there for a while. The room has moldy smell, the carpet needs changing. Bed is so uncomfortable to sleep on. Beds are old. The only thing I like is the spectacular ocean view.

When I got to my room I was missing amenities and also trash bags I had to call to get them. The staff was polite about it but it did take an hour to get it. When they cleaned the room as I left and returned they still didn’t put new trash bags on the trash bins. The walls were I guess thin because I heard my neighbors talking loudly I had to turn on the television to not be noisy. everything was closed for dining and the only cafe there … it was poor quality food and drinks. redeeming qualities is the view. I didn’t have a horrible experience but I have stayed at better.

The room view was incredible but the cleanliness was not quite what I would have hoped. It wasn’t bad, but you can tell the cleaners are in a routine and don’t pay attention to the extra cleaning needs. The hotel was okay, not amazing but not bad. The beach is not really swimmable for your average traveler due to the coral but it was fantastic to go down and take pictures on. Staff is EXCELLENT in every sense of the word, I give them a 5.5 out of 5 stars.

The customer service was superb. Front desk, LaCascasta restaurant, pool, housekeeping and snack shop staff were very friendly. However, the hotel room did not meet standard. The carpet has stains, lots of dust on the furniture in the room and also in the restaurant. No kids play area and the first floor walls needs Washing or dusting. Overall I gave a 4/10 for satisfaction.
