Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and the staff was exceptional. The location was superb as well. For a family of four, having a kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit helped immensely. I would absolutely recommend my friends with families to stay there.

Our stay was before, during and after the Cat5 - great place for the price! The power stayed on, but the AC went out… could have been worse. The staff was great… I would return again, without hesitation. I’ve stayed at Crown Plaza Guam too, so I am familiar with the area. This place has a store that’s always open, laundry that is cheap, and a water boiling pot in the room!

The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside.

I gave the hotel 4 stars. Only because the initial room we were placed at, the shower head popped off and nearly fell on my head. But the staff immediately accommodated us to another room. Other than that, the staff was very helpful, the hotel had a modern feel and vibe to it. The room was very nice and comfortable. We will stay here again on our next visit.
