Sleeping Arrangements

Four bright bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a full private bathroom, giving every guest a personal retreat. The rooms are arranged to balance shared space with privacy, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided for a hassle‑free stay.



Kitchen & Dining

A full kitchen offers all the basics you need to prepare simple meals, from a morning coffee to a family‑style dinner. A breakfast nook and a separate dining area give you flexible options for casual bites or sit‑down meals, while the open flow to the living room keeps conversation easy and continuous.



Living Space

The generous living area connects naturally to the dining space and kitchen, creating a central hub for meals, games, or movie nights. Large windows fill the room with light, and a small patio just off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.



Outdoor & Shared Amenities

Step beyond the unit to enjoy a range of community facilities: a pool, gym, clubhouse lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and shared grilling areas. A BBQ grill is available in the shared outdoor space for casual cook‑outs. All amenities are part of the gated community and are accessible during your stay.



Added Conveniences

The unit includes a washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and free, unassigned parking in designated visitor spots. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock makes arrival smooth and flexible. The property is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions to join the getaway.



Location

Located in Lutz, Florida, the home offers easy driving access to USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks. The surrounding neighborhood feels calm and residential while keeping dining, recreation, and major roads within a short drive. Whether you’re exploring Tampa’s attractions or simply enjoying time together indoors, this straightforward, comfortable space provides a welcoming base for your stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
