Wonderful stay

Great property, beautifully furnished with all amenities. Only one TV with a sport remote (which was fine for us, we didn’t watch much tv). It was great to drink coffee on porch while doing crossword and enjoying the pretty pool view and beautiful nature. Very easy 5 min walk to JW and close to beach club. Property manager communicates via WhatsApp. They were extremely helpful and responded quickly, even on Christmas Day. It took a little bit for us to understand there were a couple people managing the property so sometimes we got responses from different names - but all were helpful and kind. I found out after the fact that you could request they shop for you beforehand (for a small fee) which we would do next time for ease.

Not modern, but very comfortable and nice property with Caribbean character

Property clean, easy check in. Gated community needs to improve process of letting people in through the gate. Good sized rooms, nice and airy, great sitting area , great wraparound porches. Easy access to common pool. Kitchen dated with old and clinky stove. Hacienda Pinilla is a large complex . Marriott and beach access very easy about 3-5 minute walk. Property manager very responsive. Internet access available but did have outage on of the evenings. Overall, would not mind coming back again .
