Situated on the 1st floor of a gated complex with lush grounds and a resort style pool, is your 2 floor condominium with 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths.

On the first floor, you will walk into your open living and a well-equipped kitchen space, perfect for everyone to relax and hang out. Added sleeping space is available for one person, should you be a larger group. This floor also has the washer/dryer and a half bath.

The second floor of this unit, features two bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bathroom. Being on the 4th floor of the building allows you to get a birds eye view of the complex when guests want to relax on the balcony.

No need for any transportation as you are literally a short walk away from all of the amenities. However, golf cart, car rentals and private shuttles are available for those who want to explore further out or just for convenience. Please contact us for reservations.

The property has some parking spots dedicated to the complex outside of the gates. Otherwise, there is parking on the side of the street.

On occasion during drought season the area experiences scheduled water conservation periods, where guests may experience some water shortage. This unit has a water reservoir tank and pump, thus this should not affect guests. However, in extenuating circumstances, this is a possibility. Either way, if you feel it is out of the ordinary, please let us know so that we can assess it.
