The Space:

CASA NIMBU designed by renowned costarrican Architect Ronald Zurcher is born from the reinterpretation of colonial styles and traditional haciendas in the Americas, fused with the essence of Guanacastecan architecture.



Its design incorporates characteristic elements such as the “L”-shaped layout, which embraces and welcomes visitors through a grand entrance gate framed by stone walls and native vegetation. A zaguán connects the garage with the residence, accompanied by wooden craftsmanship and tiled roofs, reinterpreted with a refined and understated language.



The spacious terraces act as fluid transitions between indoors and outdoors, offering shade and restful spaces with views of the surroundings. The rear patios, integrated with a generously sized pool, allow for the enjoyment of both the forest atmosphere and the beach climate characteristic of the region. A second internal zaguán leads to the bedrooms, where abundant natural light highlights the warmth of local wood and creates a bright, open, and welcoming interior atmosphere.



Beyond a literal reference to the past, Casa NIMBU proposes a contemporary approach: clean lines, balanced proportions, and a harmonious integration with the landscape that reinterprets Guanacastecan tradition to shape a modern living experience—rooted in cultural memory yet projected toward the present.



This stunning Villa is especially made for those who want to relax and reconnect during their vacations. It features high wooden ceilings, natural finishes and floor to ceiling windows that fill the house with tropical breeze and blend with the outdoor green surroundings. The open plan layout includes a fully equipped Italian designed kitchen, dining area and a living to enjoy time together making it ideal for families or friends.



Step outside to find your private oasis by the pool with sun lounges, terrace and plenty of areas to sit and relax with an outdoor dining table and armchairs, and also a full BBQ area equipped with NAPOLEON gas grill.



This beautiful and spacious home is equipped with a secure camera system to provide our guests with added peace of mind. There are four cameras installed around the property. One camera monitors the main entrance to the driveway, another covers the garage and garden area, a third is located at the rancho overlooking the left side of the property, and the fourth monitors the backyard.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS



Your stay includes access to the Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club, where you can enjoy an oceanfront infinity pool, restaurant and bar with beautiful views, fitness center, and relaxing lounge areas. While Beach Club access is included with the rental, there is a fee of $5 per person per day to use this amenity, please ask the concierge to find more information.
