The Hide Out On Pratt Mountain "off the grid" adventure since 1845
Backcountry adventurists who are looking for "off the grid" adventure for friends & family to reconnect and reset. 150+ private acres, private pond/stocked with fish, sleeps up to 8 adults , 2.3 mile mtn road, 360 degree mountain views, wrap around porch on home, solar power, back up generator, with all the amenities. Wildlife viewing, hiking, mountain bike trails, and outdoor recreation all on a private working forest. US Forest Service backs up to the property for more outdoor exploration. Experience live silviculture practices such as timber falling, thinning, brushing, fire prevention, planting, and erosion control. The goal of Pratt Holdings LLC is to provide a health forest for next 8 generations to enjoy.
Make yourself comfortable in this cabin, which features a fireplace. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Conveniences include a phone, as well as a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
