Clean, comfortable, and convenient

From start to finish, we received excellent service at this hotel. We were able to check in early to our sparkling and comfortable rooms. We walked to town, which was easy. The hotel has scooters for rent if you’re interested in doing that. The grocery store is across the street. We did not have food or drink at the cash bar lounge, but we did partake of some coffee in the morning. Furniture is modern and comfortable in that room and there is a big TV. All in all it was a great stay!

Almost perfect

We returned to The Evergreen after having a very pleasant stay four nights prior. During our prior stay we got into the hot tub which was tepid at best. They looked into it and apparently the breaker on the heater tripped so they reset it and it slowly began to warm (huge tub, takes hours of which we didn't have). On our return we experienced the same. Makes you wonder if maybe they need a new heater? Given that it was 90 outside, no big deal but if I was here during the winter it'd be another story as the tub is very large and takes hours to heat.

Updated, clean, spacious

We stayed in a King room with kitchenette which was super spacious. It was updated and very clean which is mostly what I seek in a hotel room. I thought the room was pricey for Idaho but considering the Best Western was even more, I guess this is the market for the area. My only gripe was that the shower door would not stay closed during my shower which was frustrating and the water pressure in the bathroom sinks was insanely low. But overall a good experience and not only would I return but I did a few days later when back in the area.

Everything was very nice. Rooms and amenities were great! Lounge was short on good beers that weren't IPA type which many of us don't like! That was disappointing.... Enjoyed my stay overall!

The room smelled good when I entered, and it was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Although I arrived really late the staff at the front desk was very helpful. My room door was left open for some reason and security door to parking lot was not locking but other than that overall stay was best hotel room in a long time.
