Well cared for property in great condition. Check in was easy and everything went smoothly getting to room and parking etc. There’s a nice restaurant attached that we would’ve gone to if it had a full bar. They served wine and beer only. The menu sounded tasty and the interior was a nice setting too.

Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, nice clean hotel. However, their restaurant is often closed or, like during our last stay, open but with a limited menu due to understaffing. You may or may not be able to get dinner at NoBo. Call ahead if it matters to you. Breakfast is good: eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, tea, coffee, juices etc.

Comfortable. Wonderful host staff. Great bed. Bring your own fruit for breakfast it’s a little starch heavy. Great stay. We will definitely return and recommend. Tub was a plus.

1. Clean - 5 (exceptionally clean , quiet, and equipped) 2. Price - 2 (half my monthly mortgage for 2 nights? Ridiculous) 3. Pool / hot tub - 5 (heated pool and hot tub open 24hrs -awesome) 4. Employees knowledge - 3 (couldnt purchase anything from your snack area, had no idea how to even ring it up) 5. Bar / Restaurant- 1 (A hotel without a full bar? A joke .. not open till midnight? No real restaurant for the nicest hotel in the area .. also a joke… fix immediately) Everything else was awesome! I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone coming to cascade/mccall … but the lack of a real restaurant and full bar really will keep people from staying there.

Beautiful room clean and comfortable. The dining room was closed until 7:30 our first night so we were very disappointed as we had heard it was very good. The 2nd night we were very disappointed as the menu did not include what I would like to call a dinner. Sliders, grilled cheese and flatbread offerings seemed odd for a highend looking menu. All Good except for the bed!

Everything about the stay was great, except the hardness and size of the mattress. It felt smaller than a usual queen size mattress, and the mattress was really hard. I woke up achy because the mattress was unusually hard. And I felt like I was going to fall off the bed all night because it was smaller than a normal queen. Other than that, the stay was great. Location was perfect. The price was decent.
