I want to thank the Oasis Hotel. Excellent service at the reception, quick and attentive room arrangement. The staff member Eliran helped us and organized everything. We got a large room with a view of the Dead Sea. Beautiful and comfortable. A pleasant surprise was added for the birthday. Dinner for our two couples. Very thoughtful care for the guests. We were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The rooms have no balconies, and there was constant noise from air-conditioning units in the area, which made it difficult to relax. The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere. Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services.

The hotel was nice and the breakfast was excellent but I was frankly disappointed with the Spa. The treatment services seemed to be excessively expensive for what they were offering. Also, the mineral pool in the spa was smaller than the pool I have in my own home and did not appear to be inviting to use, all crammed with people, so I did I use it.
