Not what we expected. The staff is not customer oriented nor trained to please the guests . Breakfast is average considered what we paid per night stay . Hotel is to expensive for what the offer .

Quarto com ducha fria, chalé inferiores na frente do mar e o nosso, superior, atrás. Na praia, perderam pedido de comida. Café da manhã fraco e sem reposição. Pedido de late checkout não atendido porque poderia vir um cliente (pois não havia reserva) e o quarto tinha que estar pronto. Fomos p praia, tomei banho de cano de água q fica na praia e, ao pegar as malas, não tinham recolhido e estavam no quarto q não foi arrumado. Mesmo diante de tantas reclamaçoes, nenhum movimento da gerente para reverter nossa insatisfação foi feito. Enfim, caro, ruim, mal atendido. Não recomendamos a ninguém.

Pousada muito gostosa, bangalô lindo em meio a uma natureza impecável. Só tenho 2 considerações a fazer: primeiro: os preços das comidas e bebidas beiram o abusivo. Paguei 18 reais em uma long neck de heineken q nem gelada estava. Segundo: eu pago feliz uma taxa de serviço de bar quando sou atendido com simpatia e atenção e esse não foi o caso. Pessoal da recepção e café super atenciosos, mas o atendimento do bar deixa muito a desejar!
