Beautiful place to stay. Amenities are excellent, easy to check in and out. Beach area amazing and pools are the plus to enjoy the day, be prepare to spend all day in the water.

The property grounds are nice a d beautiful. Parks, swimming pools and nice beaches. People are friendly. Restaurant at the condominium isn’t great. However, the group that manages the apartment is awful at communicating. I couldn’t get a hold of them at all. They didn’t leave the internet password available. The people that work at the condominium helped me with that. There was no hand soap available, no broom and the cheapest trash bags I’ve ever seen (that ripped at the bottom when we were taking it out). Let me emphasize that the condominium and the people that works there are amazing, but the group that manages this property has a lot to improve.

A praia bonita, condominio legal, o apartamento que deixou a desejar. Recebemos o apartamento sujo de areia no chao, toalhas todas com odor forte, tivemos que comprar novas. A unica frigideira ja nao tem mais condições de uso, precisamos comprar outra também. O restaurante do condominio tinha muitas e muitas moscas, impossível comer la. Cuidado com idosos, elevador nao estava funcionando e o apartamento fica no segundo andar, tendo que subir com as malas no braco pelas escadas. Uma noite um alarme disparou e ninguém foi capaz de resolver porque era domingo, nessa noite foi impossível dormir.

Bom: A localização, apesar de não ser na área principal da praia Carneiros é ótima e acesso direto à praia. Estrutura do condomínio/resort ótima (piscinas, quadras esportes e restaurante bom custo x benefício). Ruim: a Administração dos flats entra em contato constante conosco, pedindo informações de hóspedes, horários check in/out, porém liberaram o checkin às 14hs com apt não pronto(sem roupa de cama e banho) e só resolveram as 20hs depois de eu achar um funcionário fazendo entregas no resort às 19hs!
