Já estivemos em outros imóveis administrados pela Carneiros Temporada e tivemos boas experiências até então. Este flat, no entanto, foi, de longe, o pior de todos. O apartamento está precisando de cuidados para não gerar em outros clientres experiências negativas como as que tivemos: - Chegamos ao flat após 15h e a limpeza do apartamento ainda estava sendo realizada - inclusive tivemos que ir até o apartamento ainda sem a chave, e, ao chegar lá, a mesma estava pendurada na fechadura; - Porta do flat muito mal cuidada e com fechadura sem funcionar adequadamente; - Internet sem funcionar durante boa parte do 1º dia; - Dois controles remotos entregues sem pilhas; - Dois splits que ficaram sem funcionar em momentos distintos; - Aparelhos de TV sem acesso à internet, impossibilitando uso de streaming ou de Youtube; - Banheiros sem um mínimo de sabonete líquido. Destaco que a Carneiros Temporada nos atendeu da melhor forma possível durante o período em que estivemos por lá, inclusive disponibilizando outro apartamento no mesmo andar para que pudéssemos dormir sem a ausência do ar condicionado.

Apartamento muito bem equipado contando inclusive com lava e seca. Interfone não funcionava e nem resolveram o problema. Condomínio com boa estrutura porém um pouco desorganizado. Há uma disputa pelas vagas de estacionamento próximas. Com relação à comunicação não existe contato humano e passa longe de ser tempestiva.

RAZOÁVEL A ESTADIA.

Tive problemas logo na chegada, onde não existiam vagas suficientes aos números de flats! Fui com minha familia e meu filho pequeno e não tinha vaga próximo ao meu flat , daí mandaram eu procurar vaga no inicio do espaço , sendo que dentro existem flats de torre de A á D e é muito grande o espaço para deixar o carro no inicio e vim andando cerca de 1km com filho de colo. Outra observação foi o ar condicionado, que estava ruim e quando fui da uma olhada não havia feito manutenção a ano , sujo ao extremo , internet do flat lenta, a Administração não responde em tempo abiu quando solicitado alguns problema da estadia.
