Hotel is conveniently located beside the Ipoh Parade Mall . Breakfast and supper. (11pm) were provided . Staff may be a little inflexible to accommodate certain request.

Hotel parking needs to drive until at least level 4. Valet parking was full at the night I arrived. Overall great experience only the wall art above the bed and at the center of the room seems a bit weird.

The hotel is at good location and transport is very convenient. Although no bus, grab is very easy and fast. It near to attractions and eateries. It linked to a big mall that allows us go shopping, massage, etc. Room facilities are good and drinking water is 24 hrs available. Room and bathroom are spacious too. Security is good, and there is an infinity pool at the rooftop to enjoyed sunset..

No pool available and I booked this hotel specifically for it as it’s on the roof with a view. There was no communication prior to arrival letting people know it was being renovated. When I mentioned that- only an unsympathetic “sorry”.
