Private heated swimming pool ideal for enjoying the sun and relaxation fully (15/04 to 15/10) secured by an alarm and a roller shutter.



Large open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, induction hob, kettle, toaster) and carefully designed décor, created for unforgettable moments of conviviality. Reversible air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen.



A washing machine is also available to you in the garage for even more comfort during your stay.

3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom: 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.



Sofa bed on the mezzanine to accommodate up to 2 additional people.

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– Wi-Fi codes

– The type of coffee maker
