We were greeted by the most wonderful staff member Azra who went out of her way to give us so many helpful suggestions, and pieces of information! She absolutely went above and beyond! The room itself was spacious and so comfortable with the best bathroom and bathtub ever! Breakfast was very nice as well, and the location is ideal! They gave us umbrellas too in case of rain! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Really good location on edge of old town, easy to get everywhere bolt can pick up from front. Nice building our room had 2 windows and was a good size. Would stay again

Great location. The restaurant is excellent, great service, great food. The only problem is that I was assigned a room on the the 6th floor and the elevator only serves floors one to five, no service to floor 6. I did not like to have to carry my suitcase one full flight of stairs and back.

Beautiful, convenient area. Very nice bar with excellent bartenders, very nice staff overall actually. My downsides was that the hallway in the upper floor smelled moldy at times, like wet clothes that didn’t dry properly and I wasn’t able to turn the light off near the door way because the keycard turned it on as well as the electricity but I needed the electricity on to charge my devices overnight. Either way, can’t beat the price when it came to beauty and convenience.

It was first time for me that the room doesn’t have a complimentary water bottle I even if it’s a 4-star hotel. The hotel doesn’t have slippers or bathrobe, but a fancy bathtube and excellent location in the heart of old town. Their breakfast was exotic and the location is compromise for others.
