Owner was very responsive and nice. House looks like it was in the middle of being renovations that ended up abandoned. There is scrap wood, paint cans, and debris in every closet and around the exterior of the house. There is one remote that operates all three televisions in the house, so you cannot watch TV individually. Shower is also very stained and looks filthy. The location is very nice, beautiful views from the front of the house, and well located for local stores and eateries.
