I originally requested a first floor room because I'm traveling with a pet, which was confirmed. When I got there they had given me a 3rd floor room, but the lady at the front desk was courteous and gave me the last room they had available on the 1st floor. However, the room smelled terrible and was not very clean. The lady at the front desk had text me to see if I was happy with the room, to which I told her I was not because of the smell in cleanliness, a few minutes later she offered me a replacement room, but it was 2 in the morning and I was exhausted so I just dealt with it. Not really the best experience overall.

Beautiful hotel, with lots of amenities. The staff was especially friendly. Though the coffee machine was dirty when I got there, the staff was quick to replace it and very apologetic. I also loved the view of the lake and deck from the dining area. I expect to stay here again.

Yes, the room was in wonderful shape except for a leak in the vanity sink that would cause any thing laid on the counter to get wet. Also, I wish that the single arm shower nozzle was as easy as mine is at home to turn on the hot water and instead of having to twist one way to get water...but...if you went too far it would get COLD! No logic!!!

I had a great stay here, Makeda on the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was hot and had a good selection. I left an item in my room after I checked out, when I returned the lady on the desk assisted me in getting the item back, nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again.
