Ok front office staff was marginal and we had no hot water for showers in the morning. A lightning in the front entrance that won't shut off and please do something with all the black cords and entanglement hanging from the tv.

What made the stay memorable was the helpfulness of staff. From front desk to housekeeping all were ver very polite and professional. I was traveling with 4 children and my needs were above average. I was met with polite helpfulness by everyone on staff.

Staff was great! Jeremy helped out ! Ladies were always nice! Rooms need updating. Mirror in toilet room needs to be replaced. Tv system is difficult to deal with. Hot water was not always abundant. Beds very comfortable.

Love this place!!!

I love all Springhill Suites. These are my go-to place to stay. My boyfriend loved it. He is a Hilton man. The young lady that checked me in was so professional and had a great attitude. Loved the room and the bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

Exceptional nice

I love this hotel. Great location, very clean and the staff are super nice. However, Labor Day weekend cost was extremely expensive.
