Everything was great except for the surprise parking fee. Whether it's for hotels.com to list the room at a lower rate or the hotel to be listed as a lower rate, it seems misleading that hotels.com states all fees included. That was suppose to be the difference from using this site instead of another. But it looks like there still is hidden fees. I shouldn't have to read through all the fine print to find the additional fees. They should be stated on the main page. They have it listed for hotels that do not include breakfast and offer you to add that on. So they are upfront with some of the additional fess/options, just not all of them. The room was clean and the breakfast was better than most.

Got to pay for the upgraded room (standard sold out) which was nice, hadn’t splurged for that previously. Extra space will be nice to use for longer stays with family. Would really appreciate non-dairy options for coffee. Dairy and gluten are abundant at breakfast; oatmeal was available but no fresh toppings for it.
