The Griffin Heights area is situated just East of College-town. There is an abundance of shopping nearby, including Target, Publix, and Whole Foods along with endless restaurant options. We are also just a short drive to the incredible Florida State Capitol, Cascades Park, and Governor's Square Mall.

Getting Around:
Parking onsite is free but limited in our two car driveway and overflow parking on the neighborhood street.
Public transit stops are also nearby, but car share options like Uber and Lyft are very common in our area.
