On the outskirts of Tallahassee. Easy highway access. The immediate area is close to truck stops no major stores. Clean, quiet and good deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff are not customer friendly, they don’t greet customers. When got to the desk I told one young lady I was there to check in, she told me your card and ID for check in. The elevator was dirty, the hallway dirty and smell like roach spray. It smell like they just sprayed.

Smelly; dirty broken shower

The room smelled strongly of mildew the entire time. My son with asthma said he was having a hard time breathing. The shower was clogged with standing water even though the drain was open. There was even an old bar of soap still in there, showing that no cleaning had been done on the shower area.

It was ok. I asked can we have our room moved so we can see our belongings from the parking lot they said now we get up to the room. The room was not too clean. The shower and the bathroom was not too clean at all. I probably would not stay here, but the staff was nice.

There was a roach and spider in our bed room on the last day in the morning before checking out. Our room before we got moved was having water issues where the shower head was spraying into the ceiling uncontrollably. Once moved we experienced yet more water issues with water going through the door frame and pooling in the corner of the door frame. When trying to check out, the front desk lady was on her personal phone and greeted us with “what do you want?” We called the Choice hotels customer service line to file a complaint with the hotel and are still waiting to hear back from the hotel a week later.

Perhaps the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. We had to wait for 10 minutes to get any hot water for shower. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Our room was humid and uncomfortable because the type of A/C they use. It sends humidity back in the room instead of outside. We will never go back there again or recommend to anyone!!

Our stay here was very disappointing. Room had terrible odor, smelled like mold. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again. The bed was not comfortable at all. Entire hotel really has a bad smell, The tub did not drain, water just filled up while taking a shower, gross. The tub faucet was leaking, we had to listen to it dripping all night. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work at all. Mentioned to the front desk, we had no exhaust fan. Called down to front desk about the fan, they said maintenance would come up to look at it, they never came.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The room had an old stale humid mildew smell. Water smelled like it was coming from sewage. I had to pay $30 to check in an hour early which we did, yet asked for 1 extra towel and was told they did any because they were washing. Shower was old and not clean.
