Front desk was professional. No hot water for morning shower, manager said he'd look into it. Run down part of town, Construction/renovations going on, Exterior condition of the facility was very poor. Debris everywhere, construction dumpster there partially filled. Breakfast should not have been offered, coffee was terrible. If you can't do it right, don't bother. Went to fast food for breakfast. Multiple pre-check in emails, form did not accept information, photos,etc. Could not check in prior to arrival. I was surprised that Wyndham was associated with this property. Should not be open and offering rooms to rent until construction is completed. Overpriced for the experience.

The hotel was in complete DIY renovations inside and out! Rooms were not clean, we could not take a shower due to the tub surface being all chipped up and unsafe to even stand in and it was coved up in spray paint. The sheets were stained, the TV was covered in finger prints and looks like it has not been cleaned off in months.

Roaches ,junkies and homeless hanging around the hotel property! Very nasty dirty dingy unprofessional! I checked out immediately after walking the room called 2 hours later to have them check me out! Literally walked into the room roach crawling on the tub room #136! Will never stay here ever or any other baymont property!

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in for the $296 per night that I paid. The brown and red stains on the bathroom walls, the broken door knob, dented door, and the rusted lamps left us wondering what had transpired in this room previously! Needless to say we will never stay at a Baymont property again!
