The property is lovely and well maintained, but a few areas could use a touch up Patios were not cleaned but still very enjoyable. All staff was kind, but the check in staff at the front desk were a bit rude. Kindness and a smile go a long way! That's what we appreciated about the cleaning and bar staff. We love this place. We were unsure whether or not it would be good for our family, but it has been excellent. The grounds are nice and the beach is beautiful. The only downside is there are not a lot of food options close by, but the restaurant in the resort is decent.

The Hotel is an amazing oasis from Phuket while being nearby. The staff is exceptional and I have to give big credit to Mo (her name is similar to watermelon in Thai) she helped me organize a photographer for my proposal under short notice and she was a charm in making sure everything went according to plan. It’s hard to get around since grab does not work in the area. Breakfast was okay. A lot of people and kids so if you want a relaxing couple trip, would not recommend. Literally saw a kid do number two right outside the pool. Our sheets had stains on them which I understand it’s still washed but still uncomfortable seeing. The bed was uncomfortable. Staff was really nice and beautiful pool and beach!

We had an excellent stay here, we even extended another night. The restaurant is not cheap but also not expensive considering this is a 5 star resort. Personally I'd pay more and not take the basic beach room. The beach is 10/10 for clear water, white sand etc. Maybe boring for singles wishing to connect with other travellers, but great for families. The resort supplies plenty towels, water gear like SUP and canoes. Will likely visit again
