The people who work at these facilities are never to blame, they work with what they are given. The hotel manager was an angel, his staff exceptional but the hotel is in great need of renovations or general maintenance. Investment is needed to bring it at its grandeur.

Haunted-Smelly- No Internet-Very inconvenient

While on my trip to Thailand I booked this hotel. After my day trip to Phi Phi Island, the excursion company dropped me off at a dock situation. In the poring rain and dark I was all alone going to this hotel. A little wet nasty tug boat took me on a 10 min ride to the other side where a pick up truck arrived from the hotel to get me. The entire property was made of wood and smelled of this strange funk. I'm sure it was nice when it was newer and current, however I could barely take the smell. Mosquitoes were swarming everywhere and there was no internet service. Lastly, I have to say that the property literally felt haunted. I aborted my reservation and ate the funds lost to leave first thing in the morning. Sorry, but I do not recommend this place.

Bilderna stämmer inte överens

Hotellet stämmer inte överens med bilderna – det är gammalt och ligger på en separat ö. Poolen är stor men något smutsig. Även om läget kan verka unikt, känns det isolerat med begränsade aktiviteter i närheten. Faciliteterna skulle behöva en renovering, och överlag lever hotellet inte upp till förväntningarna. Men om du letar efter en lugn tillflyktsort och inte har något emot nackdelarna, kan det ändå vara ett alternativ.

Falsk marknadsföring

På detta hotell finns det mycket att önska. Man skriver att en massa faciliteter finns, men som inte finns eller fungerar. Ex kidsclub, barnpassning fanns ej. AC, bubbelbadkar, saftybox , belysning, wifi och dörrlås fungerade inte. Råttor och kackerlackor på rummet. Städning fick man i bästa fall om man lämnade in nyckeln i receptionen, de fanns bara en vilket vi insåg efter en vecka. Ingen information om någonting. Säkerhetstänket är under all kritik jämfört med andra hotell i Thailand. Poolen var inte uppfylld som den skulle och var slemmig på botten. Har varit på många hotell i Thailand, detta var det överlägset sämsta. Det som var positivt är att stranden var fin.

Einmal und nie wieder

Das erste Zimmer war nach 2 Stunden Warten beziehbar, aber nicht bewohnbar. Am WC lief seitlich Wasser raus ins ganze Bad.. es roch extrem muffig, die Schränke konnten nicht genutzt werden so stark war der Geruch. USW... nach weiteren 4 Std. Warten bekamen wir dann ein Zimmer allerdings ohne Meerblick und im 3. Stock. (Wir haben Meerblick bezahlt) Auch hier muffig und wir konnten die Schränke nicht nutzen. Ebenso funktionierte der Save nicht. Alles in allem sehr enttäuschend für den Preis.. überall wurde renoviert..(Lärm) Dazu kamen noch die Probleme mit den vielen Russen die die Buffets in Windeseile stürmten und dann noch fast volle Teller stehen ließen. Andere packten große Tüten ein... Es gab auch in der ganzen Woche immer nur das Gleiche...Wir wünschen uns eine Rückerstattung!! Wir können das Resort nicht empfehlen.

Dårligt hotel og nedslidt.

Aldrig har jeg været sådan et sted før, det tog simpelhen så lang tid at tjekke ind på hotellet, intet personale kunne tale engelsk, extra sengen til vores datter var en madras på gulvet med et vattæppe,dårligt mad og betjening... hotellet er totalt nedslidt og ikke holdt ved lige, poolen med døde kakerlakker i og totalt menneske tomt hotel, kan ikke anbefale dette hotel til nogen,skulle have overnattet der flere nætter med min familie men flygtede næste morgen. mener også de 4 stjerner er 3 for meget, hotellet burde efter min bedste overbevisning fjernes fra hotels.com

Spøgelseshotel !! Havde booket 3 overnatninger - flygtede efter den første. Check-ind på hotel tog næsten længere tid end at flyve til Thailand fra DK. INGEN forstod engelsk. Ingen gæster på hotel. Kakerlakker i pool. Ingen varmt vand på værelser. Totalt oversværnet af myg. Restauranter var lukket. Meget nedslidt 4 stjerner er totalt misvisende. Hotellet bør helt fjernes fra anbefaling !!

Verouderd hotel en alles schreeuwt om opknapbeurt of renovatie. Geen aanwijzingen aan de weg hoe het te vinden terwijl het op 500m van de ferry ligt. De enige aanwijzing wijst naar andere kant eiland, half uur verderop. Personeel vriendelijk maar voor hotel van deze omvang onbekwaam in Engels. Buffet erg commercieel en weinig Thailand.

Große hotelanalge direkt am Strand

Hotel hat große Anlage mit riesigem Pool mit direktem Meerblick und Strandzugang, sehr ruhiges Hotel, indem man überall seine Ruhe hat und kaum andere Touristen sieht. Perfekt für den entspannten Strandurlaub. Jedoch etwas veraltete Ausstattung, aber super sauber!

Hôtel agréable mais non entretenu et sans âme.

Hôtel agréable mais qui ne correspond plus aux différentes descriptions trouvées sur le net. L'entretien courant est sans doute fait mais aucun investissement ne semble être réalisé pour maintenir cet hôtel au niveau affiché. Ainsi n'y allez pas pour le spa, la salle de fitness, les billards ou le piano. Plus rien ne fonctionne. La plage, telle qu'on l'imagine en Thaïlande, est également inexistante.Accro à la wifi, passez votre chemin! Cet hôtel est devenu un lieu de passage pour des tour-operators chinois qui déposent chaque soir des groupes qui quittent l'hôtel des le lendemain. L'hôtel peut ainsi donner l'impression en journée d'être désert. Les chambres restent confortables et propres. La piscine est sympa, l'emplacement correct proche du port. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le coup de cœur est plutôt pour l'île, havre de paix, de tranquillité et de plages désertes à 5 minutes en voiture ou scooter de l'hôtel.

Großes Hotel, war mal sehr schön. Nur ist man mit den Wartungsarbeiten sehr im Hintertreffen. Unser Zimmer war schon ziemlich muffig. Zwar freies Internet, aber zu langsam oder teilweise nicht funktionierend. Frühstück nur Toastbrot und keine Auswahl an Aufschnitt und Käse. Eierspeise wird auf Wunsch zubereitet. Swimmingpool war nicht einladend und der Strand war nicht gut erreichbar. 120 Baht für ein Bier empfand ich als zu teuer.

Helt förfallet hotell, ej barnvänligt!

Detta är det sämsta hotell jag någonsin besökt. Ett "spökhotell" helt förfallet. Vattnet i poolen var så smutsigt så jag inte ville att mina barn skulle bada. Öppna brunnslock överrallt, elkablar som stack ut ur lampor bara avklippta. T.o.m i barnpoolen var det trasiga lampor som var borta men elkabeln stack ut ur kaklet. Det är trasiga föremål överralt, trasiga elefanter, trasiga kakelplattor, trasiga lampor... Listan kan göras lång. Allt var torrlagt förutom den poolen man skulle bada i, helt tomt runt spa delen, lagunerna var inte änns halvfulla med vatten. Det finns ingen strand nedanför hotellet, bara stora stenblock, farliga stålpinnar som stack upp ur betongen överralt. En total fara för barn! Bilderna som visar hotellet kanske är tagna för ca 10 år sedan, men sen har hela hotellet bara stått och förfallit. Ni borde ta bort detta hotell från er hemsida omgående! Varning boka ej detta hotell!

Hôtel situé sur l'ile de Ko Kho khao extrèmement calme avec une très belle architecture, grande chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Bon petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Restauration de qualité avec un personnel toujours agréable et souriant. L'hôtel met a disposition billard, bibliothèque et dvd.

Una buona vacanza a un buon prezzo

L'hotel ė molto bello con camere molto spaziose e pulite. Il personale ė molto cortese ma specialmente nei ristoranti non ė sufficientemente istruito per un hotel di **** stelle. La piscina ė molto grande e bella. La spiaggia ė molto bella, ma ci sono grossi problemi per arrivarci, perché stanno facendo dei lavori e non ė facile fare quei pochi metri per arrivarci. Si può andare nel paesino del porto che dista circa un km dove ci sono dei piccoli ristoranti con pesce super fresco ad un prezzo per noi incredibilmente basso. Un pesce alla griglia da 750 gr, un granchio nero da 500 gr, gamberi fritti all'agliof, una birra è una coca 1200 bath = a circa 35 chf. Pensando al costo dell'hotel relativamente basso, ė da consigliare perché ha più pregi che difetti.
