I have stayed 2 nights with my family. Host is very kind. You can walk 10-15 mins from Takayama station. Host has given a ride to the station when we’re leaving in the morning.
Pro: Very friendly owner, spent a lot of time introducing and explaining the Ryokan and the possible locations outside the hotel. We felt like this was one of the best accommodations in our 3 weeks trip.
Great ryokan close to the station. Lovely staff, dedicated to make your stay as comfortable as they can. Delicious breakfast. Clean room and bathing facilities. Highly recommended!
Very comfortable with a great breakfast and very nice onsen. Highly recommended.

Very cool ryokan. I needed to double up on the futons because my hips hurt the first night (I sleep on my side). Slept well after and enjoyed the Japanese breakfast that was included. Also caught a free Kabuki show across the street.
