It was one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a while. The staff was amazing during the check-in process and recommending certain places in the area for food.They were very accommodating for adding another night. It’s so convenient to get on to the subway system because you’re literally at the center of it. All this will be my future hotel for years to come.

Attentive staff but tired interior and facilities.

The hotel is outdated and tired. It’s in a very good location and the staff are very attentive. However, the facilities definitely need upgrading. For example, many sockets are loose and broken. The hairdryer is still of old fashioned on the wall type. It’s very tricky to style and dry the hair at the same time. The room is full of bad drain blocked smell so I have to buy air fresher to disguise the bad smell. All staff are very helpful and polite. For the price, I don’t expect it to be a 5 star facility. There are plenty of newer and sleeker choices in the market in Taipei.

The location is fine. The hotel is nice, the room I had was fine and soundproofed which is a deal-breaker for me as I'm highly sensitive to noise. The staff was nice, but as usual in China, Taiwan, they barely speak english so that was a bit of an issue sometimes. The only real down I see is the smell in the hallway that was not the best and the freezing A/C making it hard not to catch a cold with the outside temperature difference.

Great room view directly opposite the Taipei Arena. Short walking distance to the Taipei Arena for catching a concert. The pillow is too soft, would be better if hotel can provide 2 pillows for each bed or firmer pillows for better comfort. Check in & check out were done by self service kiosks. Although this was convenient & we did not meet with any issues, it would be great if there were some greetings from the staff as it felt like no customer service was given throughout the stay.

Clean room and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Corridors, carpets, lifts are old . Bathroom is abit old in hardware and the shower is in the bath tab but the height of the bath tab is quite high, not easy to step in and out. Location wise- close to MRT. Many restaurants around the hotel. And the gym facility provided is excellent.
