Hotel is a bit old but pretty well maintained. Also within walking walking distance to many restaurants and stores. But staff could be better trained, e.g. Many of the staff don’t speak Chinese (National language in Taiwan) and hotel also won’t give us IHG points because we booked the room through EXPEDIA.

The toilet bidet was broken when I checked in. The staff replaced a new one in a timely manner. The second day around 10 pm. The shower room ceiling start leaking water. Called the staff and was fixed in an hour. Therefore, the staffs are excellent but the facility needs more care before customers move in.
