Fortunate Opportunity to Stay at Brother Hotel

Great service. Love staying here. Very helpful during a lost luggage experience. Accepted delivery of suitcases from airline while out shopping and dining. Eagerly delivered them to our room when we returned. Generous breakfast buffet with wide selection of fruit, eggs made to order, salad and sautéed vegetables, rice congee, curry and sides for the rice soup. Staff are friendly and greet you at every opportunity.

I liked the location which was next to the mrt station. The warm toilet seat, the dim light under the sink was very useful to guide us to the toilet when the rest of the lights were off. I know using plastic bags to line the trash bins is not environmentally friendly but I also hate it when there’s no lining and all the trash ends up dirtying the bin, just the ocd in me, so this hotel did it right. I liked that there were two places to go to for breakfast and there is also a bakery if you prefer just a sandwich or a bun to go. There are also 3 other restaurants but we did not have a chance to try them. The concierges are very helpful hailing taxis for us when we needed one and a lady gave us a delightful recommendation to a soya bean place! I wish I got her name. I did not like the window without a view but I can live with as we are out all the time. And the pillows are too soft for me but the bed is good. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable!
