I like the room settings with a large desk behind the bed. Minimal but comfortable. Two large windows with street view with the trees along the road is beautiful. The sound proofing is great even we are in second floor.

Room was very small for a medium room as compared to the other Amba I had stayed. Lifts and walkways were dark. Super eco friendly as no disposable toiletries was provided. Was unaware of this and had to go out in the heavy rain to buy toothbrushes which i forgot. Luckily I have the habit to bring my own toileteries.

I booked a king size room but their king size bed is literally a combination of two twin beds, you can feel the gap between the two mattress when you lay down on your “king size bed”. even the cheapest motel won’t do that.

Highly recommmended!

Great location, close to 2 train stations and lots of food options available around the area! Central location so travelling around Taipei was convenient and Zhongshan itself had a lot to explore as well. The room was very cosy and clean too. Would highly recommend!

Super fantastic hotel, an amazing experience... My wife and I are in Taipei for a couple days. We chose this hotel for the location and proximity to the light rail and how easy it was to navigate the city, we're blown away with the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall great vibe.. each room is set up comfortably. There are independent routers for fast internet in each room, an espresso coffee maker with pods refreshed daily. What was very surprising? Is that on floor two? There are several washing machines and dryers along with complimentary tide soap for use for the guests, that came in. Very handy I can't think AMBA enough for having that service .We also chose to have the breakfast included and the spread was outstanding.... Breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:30. Okay ample seating. The food was flavorful. There was a mix of international cuisines and the service was on point.. The breakfast was served buffet style with a self-serve coffee machine that offered selections like americanos, espressos and cappuccinos along with a variety of teas. The Amba does not disappoint and do yourself a favor. Forget about Uber. Forget about trying to navigate the city with rideshare, go down to the light rail. Grab a day pass for $3 American and enjoy that service. It is a easy to navigate system
