This self-contained space features a full kitchen, dedicated dining area, spacious lounge, and comfortable bedrooms designed to feel like a home away from home. Enjoy year-round comfort with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, easy self-check-in, and onsite parking.

Located just minutes from the river, local shops, walking trails and the motorsport park, this is the ideal base for motorsport enthusiasts, families, couples, and anyone looking for a clean, quiet and private stay in Tailem Bend.



**NOTE: We're currently renovating the hill and track down to the river, as well as the river frontage itself. The area is still usable, but it may look a little different to what's shown in our photos while the work is underway. If you're planning on using this space during your stay, please get in touch beforehand so we can let you know what to expect.
