Fantastic view

Depends which room you get. I got a fantastic view of the river valley that i extended my stay for a night. Some rooms face the wall! Spring water was very good, but the onsen only opens at certain hours and swimming cap is required. Tub in the room is a bit small and cramped into the toilet. It will be best if the river can be seen from the tub. Service staffs friendly, provided breakfast lack variety (it’s the same for the 2 mornings).

This is a hot springs hotel. It is an older property still in good repair and must’ve been something in its bygone days. Everything works. It’s pretty clean. Rooms are large. Our room had a deep soaking tub. We also had a separate drinking water tap, with the wash and bathing water being sulfuric and therapeutic so that you could soak in your own tub. The location is excellent. The property is adjacent to outdoor publicly accessible hot springs and has its own private entrance. In addition, there are several small man-made pools where the fish will nibble and clean your feet. (It kind of tickles.) As the location is a bit remote inside a remote township or village, outside dining options are limited. People who aren’t driving should be advised to purchase the evening meal plan. (Breakfast is or should be provided, and you will likely be out at the National Park during the day.) I would recommend the evening meal plan, which was delicious and well-prepared. Drivers expect to travel to this property from Taichung, Taiwan, in about 1.2 hours.

放鬆享受的完美假期

一次身心完全放鬆的旅程，住宿的房間有陽台視野相當優，就在谷關吊橋旁邊，可看見對面(捎來步道登山口)接(波津加登山步道)；早餐自助吃到飽，晚餐套餐式，因為吃素所以特別關心菜色，餐廳安排的菜色與口味都非常讚，且吃得很飽，還有精緻的下午茶(二杯飲料+鬆餅)也很好吃；溫泉大眾池有冰溫熱三種水池，外加SPA沖水按摩，三種池都嘗試，真的很舒服，還有魚吃腳皮的池子；停車場很大不用擔心找不到車位，現場每位服務人員都非常親切。

訂四人房只給兩人早餐付費晚餐也只給兩人份晚餐 明明訂房有寫清楚兩大一小所以系統推薦訂四人房卻死不認錯

服務很爛 一直狡辯 訂了四人房只願給兩人早餐 晚餐是自費購買 也只給兩人晚餐 大眾溫泉沒有溫泉的感覺(我猜她們會狡辯是碳酸氫鈉泉)房間裡面溫泉有點滑滑的 但是溫度有點不夠 出水很小 很慢 辛辛苦苦開車五個多小時 卻被氣到一肚子火 永遠不會再來住這邊 食物平平淡淡 沒什麼味道 就只有送的下午茶鬆餅不錯吃 紅茶綠茶 不加水很好喝 唯一的小小喜悅 半夜星星很多 空氣很好 環境沒話說 就是主管很屌 晚餐吃一半來訓話一樣 我站著她坐著 超級囂張的主管 問她們為什麼我訂了四人房卻只願意給兩人早餐 狡辯她們本來就是有四人房給兩人住的 莫名其妙 那我幹嘛多花錢住四人房 兩人房還比較便宜不是嗎？

住宿體驗很看運氣

已經去谷關飯店Ｎ次了， 只為了喜歡這裡的泉質， 入住當天有許多團體入住,被安排到長廊盡頭的房間 這也無可厚非． 只是進房後很震撼, 右邊房間似乎是被壓在石壁下方的隧道， ，而我們像是穿越隧道後的第一間， 窗外景象有如不見天日的廢墟． 屋內油煙味與溼氣味都很重， 很難想像有人睡在這房間能感到舒適 或不感到毛骨悚然． 打去櫃檯．一開始只想敷衍 經抗議後被換到另一樓層，雖然比較小，而且窗外位於車道入口，非常吵，也非常暴露． 但對於這樣的恩澤已是十分感激 雖然不知道自己花錢住宿，要住進正常的房間為何還需要這樣爭取．
