Amazing stay

Clean and comfortable. The shower was separated from toilet which was ideal. Also had bathtub. Amenities used in the hotel was to notch. Location of hotel was convenient to everything but needed. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed many times in Taichung at many different hotels. This is by far the best hotel in Taichung. The room and hotel were spotless with beautiful modern decor. The service provided by the staff were also exceptional. I spoke to both hotel managers (Kay and Angel) during our stay and they went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. Location was also very central so we were able to get everywhere we needed with public transportation or walking. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet at Il Lemone. I felt that for a 5 star hotel the food could be better tasting with larger selection. I felt some of the bread selection was sometimes stale tasting and the fresh fruit offering was minimal. Although the fresh juice selection was exceptional (fresh carrot, kiwi, pineapple, celery juice). Overall, an exceptional stay and highly recommended.
