I was very happy to stay at the Ramble Hotel. It is a very clean and nice property that isn't that far from the airport. The breakfast buffet is very Taiwanese and there are many options to choose from but nothing Western at all so have to go with those expectations. The room is clean and the facility is great. Also they have a heater in the room which is a welcomed addition. The only issue I had at the hotel is that they do not know how and when the buses go to the airport. They need more knowledge about the public transportation. The airport bus seems to only come once every 2~3 hours but they were not clear in telling me any of this and I had to find out the hard way. I think the staff should be more knowledgable about how to get to the airport by bus. Other than that, everything else was good and I would stay there again. on average, taking a taxi from the hotel to the airport will cost between 400~500 TWN.

客房很乾淨，設備算是都新新的。浴室水壓很強洗澡很爽快。隔音普通，會聽到樓上沖水的聲音還有走廊講話的聲音。早餐的部分餐食還OK。 櫃台人員說話應對要加強，有些話不需要跟客人說，例如：停車的問題。因為平面車格幾乎都滿了，飯店規定門口不能停車。只需要引導客人至其他車位即可，不用一直再三強調飯店門口不能停車。已經有車擋放在那邊客人不會沒事要你移開一定要停門口，搞得是客人要求要停門口一樣。 客人在外面等待人員引導，A&B員引導門口，C員從裏頭櫃台大吼門口不能停車。然後又說等等外出的話先停門口沒關係。 Check-in時因為是訂房網所以三間房有三個入住人的姓名。填資料時因為其他人不想留資料所以並沒有多填其他資料，但是櫃台人員C員非常堅持因為飯店的規定所以一定要留手機。不留手機不給入住的感覺。 早餐的部分9:37廚房人員已經在收檯面上一些東西，9:52分直接推車出來收麵包、飲料還有粥的配菜。東西放推車上都很大聲放，很引人注意。 其他收餐的服務生滿有禮貌的，但是不太會看刀叉的擺放方式是否可以收餐。
