The Seasons – Tahoe puts you in Tahoe Vista on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, close to beaches, hiking and biking trails, and year-round mountain recreation. Spend the day swimming or kayaking on Lake Tahoe, exploring Kings Beach, skiing and riding at Northstar California Resort, or heading into Truckee for restaurants, shops, and local events. Tahoe's scenic shoreline and mountain landscapes make it easy to fill your itinerary in every season.



The Space:

Inside, the living room centers around an indoor fireplace with a wraparound leather couch and two black chairs arranged for comfortable seating. A smart TV provides entertainment, while a pool table adds another option for an evening indoors. The kitchen pairs black-and-gold marble countertops with stainless steel appliances, counter seating for three, and a dining table for six for shared meals. Step onto the deck for an outdoor dining setup with a table ready for al fresco meals now complete with a pellet BBQ for outdoor cooking. After a day on the lake or slopes, the private hot tub offers a place to unwind while surrounded by the wooded Tahoe setting.



This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a large soaking tub.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Garage and driveway parking for 4 vehicles available. No oversized vehicles or RVs. No street parking. 4WD is required for winter access. Garage space for one smaller vehicle - Ping Pong table on one side of garage

• This home is equipped with two (3) external security cameras;

o (1) located at the front door and actively monitoring the front entry stairs

o (2) located at the back deck and actively monitoring the backyard

o (3) located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway

• Fireplace guards provided

• While the home does not have A/C, a whole-house fan is available to help cool and circulate air throughout the home during warmer months

• Traeger pellet grill may not be available during the winter months. Guests must provide their own pellets.

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old

• Washer and dryer in home

Guests can also take advantage of the pickleball paddles and equipment provided in the garage for use during their stay. If you're looking to hit the slopes, Northstar California Resort is just a 15-minute drive away. In addition to world-class skiing and snowboarding, the resort also offers mountain bike trails, spas, pools, and a kids camp.
