For fall trail days and first chairs at Sherwood this winter, this ski-in/ski-out main house (2BR/2BA, sleeps 6) is your easy mountain base: wood stove, home theater, fitness loft. The space
This main house sleeps up to 6 across 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A separate studio on the property is occupied by a long-term resident, has its own entrance, and is not part of your stay; one shared staircase leads to both the main house and the studio, so you may occasionally see the resident coming and going.

Primary suite (upper level): queen bed, en-suite bathroom with a bidet and large open shower, and a private balcony with forest views.

Bedroom 2 (upper level): queen bed plus a dedicated workspace with natural light, a large monitor, keyboard and mouse, and Starlink high-speed internet.

Loft above the primary suite: futon, TV and a yoga space with mountain views, ideal for a rest day between ski days.

Lower-level office: pull-out sofa bed, good for extra guests.

Lower-level media lounge: projector, large screen, surround sound and generous seating, with Netflix provided, a guest favorite for movie nights.

Chef's kitchen: large island opening to the decks, fully stocked for easy cooking after a day on the trails or slopes.

Two decks: one for outdoor dining under string lights, one with a propane BBQ and forest views.

Wood stove (winter use only, firewood provided) and hydronic heat with Nest thermostats keep the house warm; no personal space heaters. No air conditioning; fans are provided, and evenings cool down quickly at this elevation.

Parking for up to 3 cars in the garage and driveway (opener in the welcome basket); no street parking.
