* Winter* During snow conditions I have the road plowed to access the property. Anticipate snow during your stay and that four wheel drive will be necessary to access the cottage along with snow conditions at the property. Shovels are provided if needed. Expect snow and icy conditions.

We had a great weekend in Tafton at the cottage :) Not too far for groceries etc. and Promised Land State Park is just 15 minutes away. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect getaway to relax!

The cottage was the perfect place for us, who were in the Poconos for a wedding. It was very clean, cozy and you can tell a lot of thought was put into making a great experience for their guests. My 2 sisters and i booked this cabin as a fall foliage getaway and were not disappointed!! The Bear Den Cottage was very clean and well kept, beautifully decorated and a comfortable stay!! We will DEFINATELY plan a trip to stay next use!!!
