Everything was perfect. Our room was very comfortable and perfectly clean. We had a lovely view of the sea. It was convenient that a drinking water dispenser with both hot and cold water was available on each floor. The owner was very kind to us during our stay. We can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

서퍼 투숙금지 일방적 취소통지 말이되나요?

사장님만 아니면 좋은 점수드리고 싶지만. 처음 입구를 들어서자마자 서핑하러 왔냐며 서핑하는 사람들은 카페트에 물과 모래를 떨어뜨려 청소가 힘들어서 안받으신다고.... 그냥 취소할테니 나가라는.... 그 취소도 환불취소도 아니고 예약할 때 서핑하는 사람 예약하지 말라고 다 고지된 내용이고 확인못한건 고객 부주의이니 환불불가 예약이라 그냥 가란다... 어찌어찌 투숙은 받아주셨지만 현장에서 바꿔주신다던 예약일정도 알고보니 또 환불은 안하고 새로 예약 잡아준다는 말이었다고... 참으로 어이없는 사장님의 마이웨이식 대화와 주장에 즐거워야 할 여행은 참으로 불쾌하기 그지없었습니다. 방 바닥은 삼겹살집 장판처럼 뭐가 묻은건지 미끄럽고 찝찝하고... 손님에 대한 섬기는 마음과 서비스는 전혀 느껴지지 않는 사장님... 저는 비추합니다. 호텔스닷컴 믿고 예약하는데 이렇게 호텔스닷컴 자체에 이미지를 떨어뜨리는 가맹점은 해지하는게 맞지 않나 싶습니다. 리베라 모텔 비추합니다. 다신 안갈거예요. 호텔스닷컴에서두 이런 업체는 가맹해지해야 한다 생각합니다. 믿고 예약하는 어플이었는데 이번에 정말 실망했어요.
