This cosy apartment is located in El Pris, a charming fishing village in the municipality of Tacoronte. The property has all the amenities for you to unwind in this tranquil enclave. We invite you to relax on your enclosed balcony reading or having a drink whilst enjoying ocean views.



Upon entering the property, you will find a built-in wardrobe that is not available for guest use. Next, you will see the fully equipped kitchen that opens onto an open-plan space comprising a living-dining room with a dining table for 5 guests, a small reception unit with the television, a sofa bed and an enclosed balcony where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views, equipped with two chairs, a folding table and a shoe rack.



If we head to the left side of the property, we will find the complete bathroom with shower cubicle, the single bedroom and the double bedroom with television and built-in wardrobe (half of which has restricted access). Through this bedroom, we can access a small interior patio where the washing machine is located, as well as various cleaning items to make your stay more comfortable.



El Pris is a charming fishing neighbourhood in the municipality of Tacoronte, in Tenerife. It is a very peaceful area with a lot of fishing culture and tradition.



El Pris has bathing areas in small coves, beaches and a natural pool. It is very important to be careful as water currents are usually strong. It is an area where many local people live. It also has a maritime rescue station, a children's playground, a sports centre and a social club, as well as bars and restaurants.



By car



The Pris area is well connected by road. The TF-1 motorway passes through the centre of the area, and the TF-56 road connects it with the south of the island. There is parking available in the area, but it may be limited in the busier zones.



By bus



The Pris area is served by several bus lines. Line 36 connects the area with the centre of Tacoronte, and line 37 connects it with the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Bus stops are located on the main streets of the area.



On foot or by bicycle



Pris is a relatively small area, so it is easy to get around on foot or by bicycle. There are several hiking and cycling routes that cross the area.



You cannot access the property by car. The nearest car park is about 3 minutes' walk away through a pedestrian area.



Important notice: Due to planned improvement works in the coastal area of El Pris, temporary closures of some car access points may occur during your stay, so access to the accommodation may require minor modifications or walking. Additionally, occasional noise from the works may be experienced. We appreciate your understanding and will be happy to provide updated information about access before your arrival.
