Greetings! Ive been staying here at the Western Inn Lakewood Washington for going on one week thus far and I am very impressed and beyond satisfied from start date to checkout. Right from the start! The staff here are very welcoming and will take the time to listen to all customer concerns and or accommodations with pleasant customer sevice leaving me without the feeling of being rushed. As they actually listen to each and every concern and will help fix it or accommodate whatever it may be that you may need for your room to make your stay a little more comfortable. I made a mistake with my check-in date and needed to change it to that specific day I showed up here to the hotel and it would have cost me pretty much the cost of the room to correct that mistake but the front desk woman with the help of her manager helped me save a lot of money by correcting this mistake.. The entire time it did take some time to correct this mistake and the entire time, I did not feel rushed and the woman that was working.The front desk stood there with a smile and gave the best customer service experience.I could ever honestly say i've had at any hotel i've ever stayed at and that's including Marriott and all those high-end hotels.This one is very comparable and a lot more costly efficient. So far, each and every employee that I've met here will greet you with a smile including the groundsman maintenance crew. Cleanliness is 10/10. You will not regret your stay here! Thank You!
