We had a two night stay here, and it was pretty good for the price. The pictures are a bit deceiving, as it does not show the outside of the property. You are essentially in the downstairs of a separate building from the main house on property. If you are a light sleeper, the upstairs flooring is very squeaky and can be a nuisance. The faucets you need to be careful with too, as they will leak all over the bathroom counter on a low flow setting. We also killed about five very large spiders during our stay. Overall, the stay was good. Very clean and overall quiet. The beds are very comfortable.

This seems to be a new listing which typically do come with some hiccups. The good/need to know info first. The light switch for the kitchen, which is what you step into immediately from the external door, is hidden behind the refrigerator. There are no kitchen or pantry essentials (salt container empty, no oil, no starter coffee/creamer/sugar) so while there is a full kitchen, be prepared to bring everything you may want. There is a pitcher for filtered water in the fridge, nothing else. The property is the daylight basement of a house. Couldn't tell that from the photos provided. Not a big deal except the owner upstairs arose at 4:30 a.m. and showered above our heads as we lay sleeping. The noise to contend with isn't from the street, it is from inhabitants above. The flat was very clean and felt like new remodeling was just completed. The bed was very comfortable memory foam.We were unlucky in that when we arrived, the owner was working with an electrician to fix an undefined problem. We had to stay up past 11 pm so they could access the electrical panel in our living space. That might not sound difficult, but we drove 6.5 hours to get there and were exhausted with an early morning event the next day. This situation shouldn't happen to anyone else, but it did show the need for patience with this newer property.

Estuvo todo muy limpio y acogedor, tuve que comprar pocas cosas se habían terminado cómo sal y aceite que pensé que habría, tratamos de usarle el bbq pero no está funcionando bien. Hay espacio en los dormitorios cómo para poner colchones si es una familia grande. A mi y mi familia nos encanto
