The manager decided I damaged a room and would never stay at Motel 6 again. They expelled me and mentioned a manager would call me. That never happened. The alleged refund hasn't happened yet. Subsequent calls to then have reinstated my ability to go there, but still no refund. Allegedly, it's in Expedia's hands now, but Expedia only has useless AI and no ability to talk to anyone. The number Google gave to talk to someone is for purchases only, not actual help. Where's my refund, Motel 6?!?
