Charming lakefront home built in 1903 as a boys gymnasium, converted into 12 separate apartment units in the 1950 s. This one bedroom unit, is located on the 2nd floor with spectacular views.

Originally a gymnasium for a boys school, this charming 12-unit apartment complex, sits on a spacious lakefront lot (close to 1 acre property), in a residential neighborhood. This unit is on the 2nd floor, no elevator and can sleep 2. It has a bedroom with a Queen bed and 1 bathroom. Unit has a living room with a small kitchen and dining area.

This unit has fantastic views and all the comfort of a home. No elevator. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, toaster, coffee maker. There is a deck, on the 2nd floor right outside the unit with amazing views. Paddleboard, kayaks and canoe can be used to relax on the lake and watch the sunset or get some exercise.

There is a lot of wildlife to enjoy on the lake, it is open for fishing during season. You may enjoy seeing ducks and eagles as you enjoy the lake from the dock.

Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop and a microwave. We enjoyed the beautiful grounds and out view of the lake. The apartment was roomy and bed very comfortable. On the hot days the ceiling fans were wonderful. Lots of supplies in the kitchen and in the bathroom.
