Room was clean and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It would have been nice to have a few more options. It is convenient as there are no breakfast places nearby. Nothing within walking distance for breakfast. The traffic noise coming from the street is unfortunate. It goes all night and I’m not one that can use earplugs when I sleep. They’re doing some renovations but that did not affect our stay. Security for parking area is working overnight. Good lighting in parking lot. Overall a good experience

My daughter had to have surgery. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable. They went out of their way. Got a wheelchair and shower chair to help with her care

When we arrived to our room there were chips all over the floor . There was a spot on the carpet with sticky stuff and stucky stuff on the table . We found earings on the floor and hair in the sink.

Please just focus on the rat issue

While walking from our car to the hotel, we witnessed a VERY large rat aprox 18inches long run from a bush next to the door, to the nearby dumpster area. The staff we reported it to seemed concerned and said they'll be sure to follow up on that. Also the breakfast buffet was beautiful and had many choices, but it was quite bland, and reminded us of institutional food- bland but filling and pretty to look at.

Pros: Jasmine at front desk was very helpful with a necessary reservation change. Breakfast buffet was great (although costs an extra $10). Cons: the construction work made it unkempt. Toilet seat in room would not stay up.

The room and the bed were clean and comfortable. I like that Dove products were used and included a separate hair conditioner (which is not often the case in other hotels). The staff though could be friendlier. There was also a discrepancy in the pricing for breakfast. I was told it was $10 at the front desk but when I got to the breakfast area, the cashier said it was $17! That's a big difference. Please come up with a uniform price for breakfast so as to avoid confusion and frustration.
