Carpet was filthy on our floor and in our room. bathroom floor in our room was not clean (there was what looked like pubic hair on the bathroom floor by the shower) I am disabled right now and the shower handle was loose and wobbly which could have been very dangerous for me). Hot tub was full of hair and debris, food was just okay. Definitely would not return or recommend. The front desk staff was very nice though. That is the only positive.

The room was clean, the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always fresh and had plenty of options both hot and cold and frequently managed and restocked. As a woman traveling on my own, I felt secure. I will stay at this hotel in the future when vising family!

We always stay here. Staff are so nice and rooms clean. The only complaints is that the pool and hottub is so run down. The shower room to rinse off has a strong urine smell.

The king suite that we stayed in was very spacious and that was nice. The staff was helpful with every question that I had. The breakfast was tasty with a good amount of options. And it was nice that there was a pool and a hot tub available. However, during our stay, the pool was cold and the hot tub could stand to be hotter.

Everything was wonderful! The staff was super helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night, but it was clean, breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, and great water pressure (that's a thing for us). We didn't use any of the other amenities.
