The staff was always stellar. But this hotel is showing its age and could use some lovibg care. Hot tub was broken for our whole stay and the pool was so cold it was unusable.cor awhile one of the elevators was out of service. The outside card reader was on the fritz most of the time.

We had a good stay. There were appropriate sleeping areas for our entire group. Breakfast satisfied all and got us ready for our day. The only complaints are that the pool was cold (and this was from a kid!) and the hot tub not operational.

The guy serving breakfast seemed very annoyed and was very intimidating. Wasnt friendly and was very bossy. He made me feel like i wasn't allowed to touch anything. Idk just gave me an uncomfortable vibe.

Room and staff were great and professional. My only complaint was that I had to pay eleven dollars a car to park in the hotel parking lot. Thats crazy. No parking for a nice hotel like this? That seemed pretty "low rent" to me.

Staff was courteous, the room was lovely except for smelling overly like perfume. Also, the provided soap and lotion smell awful and cheap. Feels chintzy cheap to charge guests for parking, though. Parking is not really at a premium in the area, so it just feels like a hidden surcharge of $10/night. Just raise the room rates

The room was decent. Most female staff was pleasant, my mom and sister had negative interactions with male staff. My mom has Parkinson’s so she’s a little bit slower when moving around and during breakfast an older male seemed upset that the waffle machine was beeping nonstop because she didn’t turn it quick enough, and my sister with the front desk male was rude to her when she went for a key. The breakfast was good. The only thing we hated was that after leaving the room we had to get a new key because it would stop working. They need to improve that!
