Beds were horribly uncomfortable, pillowcases were stained and dirty looking, found items left by a previous guest in a cabinet and under the edge of the bed, room coffee was hot brown water, loby coffee thay is only available during breakfast was alright once it cooled enough to drink, would burn your hands and melt the stir straw if you were taking it back to your room. Night clerks were very friendly and helpful. Morning desk clefk (maybe manager) was rude and seemed like she just doesn't care. Building could use an update, bathroom tiles were cracked, carpets are in need of being replaced. The no housekeeping unless asked for is actually not ideal.

Great stay, hot tub and pool open 24/7, can't beat that. Free continental breakfast every morning. great front desk staff and cleaning staff. But the floor in 105 needs replaced last year, lol. Awesome Irish Pub nearby with Guinness!

The room was clean, staff were friendly and professional, however the internet was terrible. It kicked me off every two minutes, which was super annoying because I had to log into my work for meetings. Overall, the property is great and I enjoy staying here.

Pros: friendly staff, pool, good breakfast, coffee and tea available all day, comfortable bed. Cons: this hotel is very poorly built so unless you stay on the 3rd floor, you hear your upstairs neighbors stomping the entire time and kids yelling, screaming and running with pets in their rooms and hallways. NOT quiet or relaxing.
