The room was not good. The curtains were stained and nasty we didn’t touch them. The lobby was a mess, floor was filthy, elevator floor was visible dirty and sticky. We only stayed for less than 9 hours had we spent more time I would have made us move to a different hotel.

The staff was the only nice thing about this hotel. Our room smelled like drugs, the sinks backed up and the whole room was so disgusting. The worst place I have ever stayed in. Seems like regulars stay there and I should have known for $150 a night you get what you pay for. So rough of an area and our car has someone that spit all around are car and on our door. Honestly please take this review seriously and don’t stay here it’s so so gross

The staff here was completely amazing very personable Enjoyed my stay. I always enjoyed my stay here. Nikki has been very helpful with finding out things and helping me deal with issues …. Megan has been amazing with problem-solving for me so that is definitely an extreme plus.

The staff here is amazing. Nikki is extremely helpful, personable. And if she doesn’t have the answers for you, she make sure she finds them. I love that type of service. Megan is so pleasant to work with extremely helpful as well. Courtney is amazing Tammy very pleasant as well. Christina always a delight. Matt is amazing at the front desk and amazing with the room service and I love the fact that anything that’s going on with your room day or night. They are always right there to make sure that you’re comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone to stay long term or short term. Niya

This place has the best staff. My son and I stayed here for a month as we transitioned to our new home. The place was kept clean, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. The rates were fair, and much lower then places that werent as safe. I would stay here again anyday over other options
