Remember you’re staying at a hotel casino. It’s expensive for no real reason and motel basic amenities. But the staff were nice and the security force were nice too.

I didn't like that there were only two towels in the room . No waters in room .had to scan I’d anytime I went anywhere in casino or to get car etc.food was good and not much money . Parking was easy and free .

Stayed for one night as my daughter and her friend were going to a concert at Tacoma Dome. Excellent place to stay if attending a show, minutes from Tacoma Dome with easy access to venue! had a great stay even won a bit of money while waiting to pick up my daughter after concert. Only negative was I was told at the front desk of hotel My daughters could not go to any restaurant in casino as they were not 21. I had to get dinner to-go and go back to the hotel. WE also tried to order room service instead of getting items to-go but after 4 attempts and no answer to-go option was the best.

We stayed at brigs hotel to attend a concert in Tacoma, so I can’t speak to the casino as we didn’t use it. But the hotel room itself was amazing, huge and well thought out. The staff were very friendly! We had easy access to what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom. The bed pillows were very lumpy and hard. I wish there were microwaves because I have dietary restrictions that make it challenging in restaurants so being able to heat a meal in the room would have been helpful. No tea in the room, just a coffee Kcup. I was disappointed coming off the elevator from the parking garage, that a wall of cigarette smoke hits you from the casino. We were there for a show in the event center and found it bothersome that you have to walk through the smoking section of the casino to find the event center entrance. The event center itself was nice(somewhat small) and any staff we encountered there were lovely. We enjoyed a couple of tasty cocktails on the rooftop bar and watched the sunset. It was a decent enough stay (would repeat if there was another show I want to see) but otherwise I won't seek out staying again.

The staff at the hotel were excellent very helpful very knowledgeable they have lots of security at this location and rooms are extremely secure you have to have security clearance to use the elevators to go up the hotel you are secured when you go into the casino as you exit it makes you feel very very extremely safe the one drawback of this hotel is the beds are extremely firm if that's something you like you'll love it the other thing is the dining options are good but service is I think maybe dependent on where you go we did not have a great experience at the Chinese food restaurant we actually ended up leaving because we had a show to go to and we had waited half an hour to be seated and then over an hour for our food and we were running into the time that our show was going to start so we ended up leaving now the restaurant did give us food for or give our dinner for free when we came back through when I spoke to the manager he said that he would do that and they did follow through with that which was nice but eating dinner at 11:00 at night was not ideal
